Vision Launch is for boutique wellness and fitness founders who are serious about opening or growing a studio. If you are a yoga, Pilates, barre, or other wellness instructor ready to make the leap, or a founder with a concept but no clear roadmap, this is built for you. We work best with people who are committed, coachable, and ready to make real decisions.
No. Some clients come in with a fully developed concept and a lease on the table. Others come in with a general idea and a lot of questions. We meet you where you are. The Studio Clarity Session is a great starting point if you are still in early stages and need help getting clear before you commit to anything.
The tiers reflect how much hands-on support you need and how far along you are in the process. The Studio Clarity Session is a focused 90-minute strategy call for founders who want expert direction and a clear next step. The Studio Blueprint is a more structured engagement for founders building out their roadmap. Done-With-You is higher-touch support through the launch process. Done-For-You is the premium tier where Parisa is deeply involved in strategy, planning, systems, and execution. You can view a full breakdown on the Services page.
The Studio Clarity Session is a 90-minute Zoom call with Parisa. It includes custom feedback on your concept and market, guidance on your first steps, and a clear action plan to move forward. You also receive a recording of the call and summary notes. It is a one-time session at $249 and is a great way to get real, experienced feedback before you invest more time or money.
Booking a Clarity Session is immediate through the booking page. For the higher consulting tiers, we do an intro call first to make sure the fit is right, then we map out a start date together. Most clients are able to start within one to two weeks of their intro call.
Absolutely. Parisa has a pulse on the wellness market in major cities across the country. She travels frequently and has spent years as a dedicated wellness consumer in over 20 US cities and internationally. If anyone understands this industry from the inside, both as a founder and as someone who has walked into studios everywhere, it is Parisa. Vision Launch works with founders across the US, and most consulting tiers are conducted via Zoom.
Parisa is not a business coach with a methodology built from books. She has personally opened, operated, and scaled boutique fitness studios in Atlanta, including founding Element Yoga, launching the first Barcode franchise in the greater Atlanta area, and supporting the launch of multiple independent studios. She has lived the lease negotiations, build-outs, intro offers, instructor hiring, and cash flow challenges you are facing. That direct experience is the difference.
We help you understand exactly how much you need and how to think about your capital structure. We do not act as a lender or broker, but we work through realistic startup budgets, reserve requirements, and funding strategies with you so you know what you are going into and how to present your plan to a lender if needed.
Most founders should plan for 6 to 12 months from concept to open doors, depending on the build-out, lease negotiation, permitting, and how much pre-launch marketing groundwork they lay. Rushing the process is one of the most common and costly mistakes. Part of what we do is help you build a realistic timeline so you are not under-capitalized or under-prepared on opening day.
Start with the free 5-page guide. It covers five foundational things every studio founder needs to understand before signing a lease. It takes about 10 minutes to read and will immediately give you a clearer picture of what the process actually looks like. When you are ready for more, the Studio Launch eBook goes deeper with cost breakdowns, a city-based calculator, and pricing strategy.
Yes. Some clients start with a Clarity Session and then move into a Blueprint or Done-With-You engagement after getting clear on their direction. We make it easy to step up when you are ready.
Yes. Several of our consulting packages include post-launch support, and we offer ongoing advisory engagements for founders who want continued strategic guidance after opening. Launching is one chapter. Building a sustainable, profitable studio is the longer game, and we are here for both.
Yes. While many Vision Launch clients are in the planning and launch phase, a meaningful part of the work is with studios that are already operating and ready to grow. If you are past the launch phase and focused on member acquisition, retention, pricing strategy, win-back campaigns, or building toward a second location, Vision Launch can help. The Studio Clarity Session is a good starting point if you want an outside perspective on where you are and what to focus on next.
Most programs in this space give you access to a content library and a short weekly or monthly call, typically for $16,000 to $20,000 a year. That model works if you need general information and a community. It does not work if you need someone who understands your specific situation, your market, your numbers, and the decisions you are actually facing.
Vision Launch is not a subscription to a library. It is direct engagement with someone who has founded, expanded, and sold boutique studios, navigated a franchise launch, and worked through every phase you are about to face. The goal is not to give you content. It is to give you the judgment and context to make the right decisions for your specific studio, so you are not permanently dependent on outside support.
The other difference is the outcome model. Programs that create dependency keep you coming back. Vision Launch is designed to equip you to adapt and grow independently, every season.
