Parisa Hervani
Parisa’s story does not start in a yoga studio. It starts in corporate finance, in a career that looked right on paper and felt wrong everywhere else. Yoga changed that. After 16 years of practice and earning her ERYT200 at Infinity Yoga, she made the leap most people only talk about.
In 2020, she was a minority partner in the launch of the first Barcode franchise in greater Atlanta, alongside business partner Ginger Ellington. The studio opened with strong momentum and a clear plan. Then COVID arrived. It closed on December 31, 2020. That year taught her everything about risk, capitalization, and what founders need to have in place before they commit to a concept they do not fully control.
In 2021, she founded Element Yoga in Brookhaven. What began as a single studio became the foundation of everything she now teaches. She led the full prelaunch planning, concept development, studio design, and buildout. She expanded to multiple locations, managing additional designs, redesigns, and buildouts through every phase of growth. She sold Element Yoga, and the new owners still run it today under that name. She consulted the new team for five weeks after the sale to make sure the transition landed well.
Two additional Element locations she opened from scratch were later sold by their buyers and rebranded. One became Joiful Yoga in Sandy Springs. One became Tri Barre in Atlanta. Both are still operating.
Along the way, she created Element’s barre flow teacher training and graduated two classes of students. She has led international retreats in Costa Rica, Colombia, India, Guatemala, multiple cities across Mexico, Sedona, and the lake regions of Georgia, been featured in Simply Buckhead Magazine, and worked directly with major consulting firms in the wellness space. What she saw from that work shaped her philosophy. One firm charged tens of thousands of dollars for thirty minutes a week and a generic content library. Another ran ad campaigns but never taught the founders anything, creating permanent dependency. Parisa built Vision Launch Co. to do the opposite: equip founders to adapt and grow independently, every season.
Built on Experience
Parisa has founded, grown, and sold boutique fitness studios in Atlanta across six years of hands-on studio ownership. She has led every decision you are facing, from the first lease to the final sale, and she brings that real-world experience to every engagement at Vision Launch Co.
What this means for you
When you work with Vision Launch Co., you are not getting a framework built from reading other people’s stories. You are getting someone who has negotiated real leases, managed real buildouts, hired instructors, launched intro offers, sold a studio, and learned firsthand what consultants get wrong when they treat every founder the same way.
That means you skip years of expensive trial and error. You start with the knowledge it took Parisa six years to earn, applied directly to your situation.
